Registry Info
Christy just pointed something out for me - I registered under "Nicole" at Macy*s and Crate & Barrell. So FYI to you :) Chris also found that apparently there is a Nikki Elder getting married on the East Coast - go figure! Someone else has my name, is getting married right now AND registered at the same places?!

Dinner Explanations
Hi there!
When you get your invitations (coming in early September), you'll notice three menu choices - Tri-Tip, Chicken, or Butternut Squash Ravioli. Here is a little bit more detail if you want it!
Tunisian Spice Grilled Tri-Tip with a Red Wine and Wild Mushroom Glaze
Green Bean, Cauliflower, and Carrots Braised in Bacon-Shallot Butter
Herb Whipped Potatoes with Milk and Butter
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Seared Chicken in Thyme with Fried Shallots and Sauce Perigourdine
Green Bean, Cauliflower, and Carrots Braised in Bacon-Shallot Butter
Herb Whipped Potatoes with Milk and Butter
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Butternut Squash Ravioli with Carrot Nutmeg Beurre Blanc
Sauteed Haricot Vert
(Beurre Blanc is a fancy way of saying "White Sauce" and Haricot Vert means "Green Beans' in French)
